Shipping Policy
I currently ship anywhere in the United States via USPS priority mail. Please allow up to two days handling time (I live close to a post office but sometimes I am on vacation!) and about 5 days for USPS delivery. If you'd like the item sooner, please email me and we can work something out.

Return & Exchange Policy
My returns policy is conservative - I will accept returns for items that are damaged in shipping or with production flaws (de-laminating epoxy, chipped or broken tiles), but please recognize that these are handmade products and imperfections are part of the character! Please send me an email with the issue experienced and a replacement or refund can be considered.
